SMS Alerts
End users are limited to authorized company personnel and system administrators. Mobile phone numbers are manually entered into the Guard Dog monitoring platform by an administrator only after obtaining the recipient's consent to receive operational alert notifications.
Recipients explicitly request and authorize SMS notifications related to system monitoring and infrastructure alerts, including server outages, performance degradation warnings, security events, and certificate expiration notifications.
There is no public sign-up process. Enrollment is restricted to internal personnel who have requested to receive these notifications for operational purposes. Messages are not used for marketing, solicitation, or promotional communications.
